Today we discuss the possiblity of a Fallout 5 being set in San Francisco, California and what a game like that would look like. Fallout 4 say massive commercial success on PC, Xbox One, and PS4 mostly due to the addition of mods. Could a Fallout 5 by Bethesda or Obsidian recreate this?
